What’s true is you have an abundance of knowledge to share, gifts to receive and life to live that’s like a giant pile of money on the table. If you leave it all there, the community and world misses out on what you are meant to do in this lifetime. If you claim your life, you and the rest of us benefit.
It’s not always clear what to do though. What it comes down to is simply taking the first step, which takes courage. You don’t have to know all the steps, or even what the second one is. It’s about starting where you are. Once you start moving, what to do next will become clear.
Having a solid combination of awareness and tools are what will guide you toward the first step and each one after. In order to cultivate the awareness and tools that will support you on your journey, claiming the time you need to get clear and focused is vital. (HINT: it’s actually the first step.)
On Saturday, we will spend a full day in a space that goes deep, tapping into our inner knowing and ultimately walk away with a plan for getting what we want in the near future.
We will work with a combination of mindfulness and tactical tools designed to support your process of developing a road map for your goals.
The experience will culminate on Sunday morning when we come back together to share reflections and actions, and a closing sound therapy and meditation session.

It is with so much joy and gratitude that I get to collaborate with two amazing women on this retreat.
Ilsie Gonzales, founder of Living Con Corazon, is a spiritual life coach and healer dedicated to guiding and supporting women to let go of the bullshit, reconnect to what’s true, trust their own hearts and inner knowing so they can live the meaningful and love-filled lives they deserve. Ilsie’s a master of creating safe and sacred space and you'll feel only compassion and love with her as your guide.
Haley Laughter, Navajo hatha yoga instructor, life path coach and founder of Hozho Total Wellness, began her yoga journey nine years ago. She believes the acknowledgement of your sacredness and exploration of life through your spiritual third eye sets an intentional vibration for abundance and healing. Eastern yogic philosophies and traditional Diné ways are incorporated into Haley’s yoga and meditation instruction. Haley’s clans are Bit’ahnii (Leaf Clan), Tódichi’ii’nii (Bitter Water Clan), Dibélzhíní (Black Sheep Clan), Táchii’nii (Red Running Into the Water People Clan).
Annie Sanchez, yours truly. I’m the CEO of Mariposa Strategies, a coaching and strategic planning firm exclusively focused on supporting women and people of color with living their best lives. I do this by creating spaces designed to decrease overwhelm and coaching clients through the process of uncovering the necessary steps toward the lives they want to be living.
