Super important: You don't need to identify as an artist or even an emerging artist to attend (almost better if you don’t). Your creativity doesn’t have to be “art” in your eyes. You don't need to have a creative practice, project or idea in mind. You can simply arrive and discover or rekindle your creativity.

Annie Sanchez

I’m an artist, writer, business strategist, and unconventional life coach with a lifelong belief in what’s possible.

My work is focused on helping the most necessary and underestimated leaders — the introverts, artists, entrepreneurs, women and people of color — navigate change and bring our ideas to life.

I coach individuals and design retreats that guide people towards healing and clarity in their lives..

Once upon a time, I was a nonprofit leader, hospitality industry leader, NYC event producer, operations strategist, artist assistant and business coach to artists. Throughout my expansive 25 year career, I’ve been sought out for my attention to detail, and capacity to see and connect dots most cannot.

A few years ago, despite building a successful business and meaningful work rooted in my strengths and talents, I started feeling anxious and despondent.

So I bought pencils and a sketchbook for the first time in my life. I’d sit with my coffee and sketch my house plants. A year later, I couldn’t shake the thought, “What if I went to art school?” Prior to my pencils and sketchbook, I’d never doodled or sketched.

A shadow artist most of my life, I am now finding my light.

No. This is an in-person experience.
Sometimes, things happen and plans need to change.
If you must cancel, you can apply the value of your registration to coaching and/or a future retreat.
There are no refunds, so please be mindful as you purchase and prepared to honor your commitment.
Creative inspiration. A rested mind, heart, and body. A community of like-minded people going through a kindred creative transformation in their lives.
Depending on your energy and goals, you may walk away with a plan for your next big move or progress made with your creative project/idea that you’’ll bring to the retreat.
We all move at different paces, so capital C clarity isn’t guaranteed, however people have walked out of Annie’s retreats and workshops very clear and with what they needed to move into their next chapter.
So glad you asked.
Everyone, including Annie and the retreat team, will:
- Take tests 24 hours before arriving,
- Be provided with at-home tests to take upon arrival.
If at any point during the retreat someone develops symptoms, they will be supported in isolating and/or, based on their needs & symptoms, transported to urgent care, a hotel or the airport.
