Your Guide, Annie Sanchez

Hey, I’m Annie Sanchez! I use she/her pronouns and identify as an artist, business strategist, unconventional life coach, and lifelong believer in what’s possible.

I founded Mariposa Strategies in 2018 as a path for my creativity, talents and life I wanted to be living — and haven’t stopped since!

I’ve distilled my most powerful tools into The Culture Club, an identity-inclusive community descending from the women of color-based community I sunset after 11 cohorts, my work coaching hundreds of people around the world, and countless retreats, workshops and strategic planning processes I’ve facilitated.

I’ve proven over and over: community changes everything.

My magic lives at the intersection of complex problem-solving and facilitating transformation for individuals, teams and organizations. With a background spanning production, operations, conflict management, organizational design, healing and hospitality, I have never followed a path — I’ve made my own.

My focus is on helping people find the clarity and courage to pivot and creating unforgettable experiences.
