Annie (she/her) is an artist, writer, business strategist, and unconventional life coach with a lifelong belief in what’s possible.

She helps the most necessary and underestimated leaders — the introverts, artists, entrepreneurs, women and people of color — navigate change and bring their ideas to life.

Part researcher, part rebel, part artist — Annie is endlessly curious about how time and change shape our lives, especially for those who don’t fit in with the masses. With a background in production, operations, conflict management, healing, and hospitality, she’s never followed anyone’s blueprint — she makes her own.

She’s the founder of Mariposa Strategies, The Culture Club, The Emerging Artist Retreat and Clarity Pages, author of Simple Practices for Creating Balance in Your Week, and host of Courage, Culture & Clarity.

When not trying to keep her plants alive, drawing, writing, she’s hiking with her husband Matt, and obsessing over her cat Mantequilla.
