Centering care in her approach to helping people and teams who exist outside dominant culture move through change, Annie is sought out for building trust quickly and leading without ego. She knows change (while often painful, certainly exciting and definitely unavoidable) can be deeply fulfilling, healing and always opens doors to unexpected possibilities.
Endlessly curious about the way time and change shape our lives, Annie weaves a multidisciplinary background in art, business, experience design, high-end hospitality, strategic operations and conflict management into her work with innovative leaders and artists around the country.
She’s never followed anyone’s blueprint, she makes her own and can help you do the same.
Annie’s the CEO of Mariposa Strategies, founder of The Culture Club, The Emerging Artist Retreat and Clarity Pages, author of Simple Practices for Creating Balance in Your Week, and host of Courage, Culture & Clarity. She lives in New Mexico with her husband, cat, piles of art supplies, and many stacks of books and journals.

April (she/her) joined the Mariposa Strategies team in 2021 as Annie’s Virtual Assistant, exactly when behind the scenes stuff as a company started to level up! Today she’s thriving in her tech-focused role.
April brings so much grounding, earthy energy to the world, her heart to the table, patience and grace to her work. We are grateful and better as a company with her hands on the continuous systems-improvement wheel.
She has been part of the Mariposa family since 2021, starting as a member of the WOC Culture Club.

Julianna (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Silva Strategies, an Albuquerque firm that offers finance operations and business strategy to overlooked business owners so that they can transform their systems and workflows into thriving businesses.
Deeply committed to equitable collaboration and practiced at human centered design, she is a key player in developing coalitions to create strategies that learn from and provide support to diverse entrepreneurs.
She has supported Mariposa Strategies as a finance expert since day one, and been a collaborative partner with clients since 2020.
