Annie (she/her) founded Mariposa Strategies in 2018. She’s a lifelong a seeker, navigator of change and believer in possibility.
Through hundreds of strategic planning hours and thousands in healing spaces, Annie discovered her methods that centers wholeness and possibility among people.
She is the go-to coach and strategist to executive leaders and entrepreneurs around the country on vision and purpose, operational direction, leadership, organizational planning, team dynamics, individual and group healing. She works across sectors, including corporate, academia, nonprofit and philanthropy.
She is the CEO of Mariposa Strategies, creator of Clarity Pages and host of the Courage, Culture & Clarity and More Than Inspiration podcasts.
She currently lives in Albuquerque (her homelands) with her partner Matt and the cutest kitty in the world, Mantequilla.

April (she/her) joined the Mariposa Strategies team in 2021 as Annie’s Virtual Assistant, exactly when behind the scenes stuff as a company started to level up! Today she’s thriving in her tech-focused role.
April brings so much grounding, earthy energy to the world, her heart to the table, patience and grace to her work. We are grateful and better as a company with her hands on the continuous systems-improvement wheel.
April has been part of the Mariposa fam as a member of the WOC Culture Club since 2021.
Audriana Anaya
wrangler of all the things
Audriana (she/her) joined the Mariposa Strategies team in 2023 as Annie’s Executive Assistant to support our undeniable and exciting evolution.
Audriana’s capacity to see the whole, jump on to the moving train, pick up a tool and start hammering, while giving compassionate, detailed, highly skilled assistance to all the things are gifts beyond words.
Audriana has been part of the Mariposa fam as a member of the WOC Culture Club since 2020.
Caitlyn Sandoval

Caitlyn (she/her) has been a collaborator and co-dreamer with Mariposa Strategies since 2023.
Caitlyn’s a deeply thoughtful human with a particularly special way of asking questions and making evaluation make sense. She says, “Evaluation doesn’t have to be scary.” We love this!
Caitlyn’s forté is using culturally responsive tools to guide, benchmark, and record transformational change.

Dafina (she/her) has been a collaborator and co-dreamer with Mariposa Strategies since 2020.
Dafina has lent her magic as a thought partner for our company’s growth strategy, and she’s been an invaluable contributor to the communities and clients we serve together.
She is the CEO of McMillan Works.
Julianna Silva

Julianna (she/her) has been a collaborator and co-dreamer with Mariposa Strategies since 2018.
Bringing over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur along with a background in business coaching, Julianna helps our team and clients understand the financial numbers and make strategic decisions from a place of ease.
Julianna has supported Mariposa Strategies as a finance expert since day one, and been a collaborative partner with clients since 2020.
She is the founder of Silva Strategies, a financial coaching and bookkeeping firm for marginalized entrepreneurs.
