After securing your registration:

• Fill out the guest form by 11/15 and

• Schedule a pre-retreat session, ideally in November but definitely before end of the year. This call will help me prepare for you at the retreat and get you thinking leading up to our time.

Important information

• Retreat dates:

  • Arrival: Saturday, January 10, 2026

  • Departure: Tuesday, January 13, 2026

• Traveling to Albuquerque, New Mexico:

  • Book arrival into ABQ on Saturday, January 10 between 2:00-3:30pm

  • Book departure from ABQ on Tuesday, January 13 at/after 7:30pm

    • Email your travel itinerary no later than December 19 to annie@mariposastrategies.com.

    • Note: If you are unable to book later travel on January 13, you will be accommodated. Let me know asap so I can arrange special ground transportation.

• Transportation:

  • You will be driven to/from ABQ airport or train station.

  • Activities outside the inn will be walking distance or Annie will drive.
