September 2020 Cohort | Women of Color Culture Club

Annie has a gift for empowering other WOC to use their gifts to create a world they would like to leave behind. Her ability to hold space for the weight WOC carry and release it, is needed more in our world.
— Pearl, Doula/CLC (May 2020 Cohort)

The WOC Culture Club is for women of color in leadership roles who are ready to reimagine life and work, and shed the bullshit to create a new normal.

Culture Club Cohorts are intimate groups of up to eight people who ready to align their hearts and work in deeply meaningful ways that also support the lives they want to live.

What do you want to be remembered for?

This five-week program is designed to give you the tools, understanding, and clarity to move into the life you want to be living now during a pandemic, and for the rest of your life.

This program is inextricably focused on identifying and aligning your values with the world you want to live in now, and the legacy you want to leave behind.

Because you’re not going back to the old normal.

Over the course of five weeks, you will develop:

  • A personal philosophy aligned with your values, which will keep you grounded when shit gets real

  • A clear vision for the world you want to leave behind

  • A clear mission for how you're going to do it

  • Core intentions that will serve as guidance now and throughout your life, providing clarity around:

    • What to say yes to

    • What to say no to

    • Who you want to work with

    • An understanding of how to set meaningful goals that are aligned with the things above

No more, “Should I?”

No more, “But I just don’t know.”

No more, “I think it’s a good opportunity.”

I invite you to close your eyes and ask yourself: "How have the last five months been for me?"

If the answer is either "super stressful" or "like a much-need break" this cohort is likely for you.

I know that creating the reality you want is possible. To do it requires getting in the face of what you believe and what deeply matters to you, then making choices from there.

When the world emerges from this hazy new normal into the new new normal, where do you want to be?

If you’re saying, “Fuck YES!! This is for me, I’m ready!” then I want to meet you.

Let’s get some things straight though:

  • This is not for you if you're simply looking for community right now. I love you, but we're doing deep work and reimagining the future.

  • We are not focusing on goal setting.

  • We are focusing on four distinct pillars that will make all future goal setting easy AF. Goals will either align with your new normal, or they won't. It'll be very clear to you.

  • This is for you if you're ready to create a new normal AND also looking for community.

  • This is a structured program with a clear process and tangible results. It is not squishy and vague, but it’s not overwhelming either. I've got you.

Applications are open until August 28, 2020.

If you have any questions, please schedule a call. These quick chats are an effective and efficient way to get questions answered and ultimately ensure fit among applicants.

Mariposa Strategies is the perfect name for the process you go through with Annie in the Women of Color Culture Club. We enter the process as happy little caterpillars, taking in the process and filling up and growing. With each session, you build a cocoon. It is only after the sessions are over that you emerge, flapping your wings to dry and moving forward in a more centered future. I have re-grounded myself in my values and changed my work and life focus. Instead of feeling reactionary in these past few months, I have felt more empowered, more clear and less fearful of change. I am taking some bold steps to live the life I want to live.
