Julianna (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Silva Strategies, an Albuquerque firm that offers finance operations and business strategy to overlooked business owners so that they can transform their systems and workflows into thriving businesses.
Deeply committed to equitable collaboration and practiced at human centered design, she is a key player in developing coalitions to create strategies that learn from and provide support to diverse entrepreneurs.
She has supported Mariposa Strategies as a finance expert since day one, and been a collaborative partner with clients since 2020.
Tannia Esparza

Tannia (she/ella, they/elle) is a storyteller, facilitator, doula, certified healing centered coach and founder of GiraSol Descendants, a beloved community making project, offering storytelling as a practice for building the world we need and deeply desire.
Tannia offers a storytelling approach to organizational vision, strategy and development, facilitation, coaching and program design.
She has been a collaborator and co-dreamer with Mariposa Strategies since 2020.
