During this 5-hour retreat, you will:
Rest intentionally.
Learn the simplest way to find clarity and focus.
Build relationships with other heart-centered, healing-focused, growth-minded women of color.
Walk away what you need to get out of your own way and take clear, purposeful action no matter what's going on around you.
You have knowledge to share, gifts to receive and life to live that the community and world misses out on when you are burned out, disconnected from your highest and best and misaligned.
When you are sharing, receiving and living “on purpose”, you and everyone around you benefits.
The retreat
We will spend five hours together virtually working with a combination of mindfulness and practical tools to support your healing, connection and direction.

She’s a strategic life coach, certified business advisor and Yoga Nidra instructor.
When not trying to keep her plants alive, resting, or writing, Annie is coaching brilliant leaders, taking people on retreat, speaking at events.
